taking the plunge

Well...I did it!

I bought and wore my first pair of colored pants!

I've been looking for red ones so intensely, that I almost passed up this pair of ankle length work pants in a beautiful royal blue that fit like a dream!

So, of course I wore them to work the first day I could!

Now, I just need red ones and pink ones to round out the bunch!

 I just love the colored pants trend, because it allows for neutral tops without making the whole outfit look to bland.  They add such a fun, unexpected pop of color, without being too loud.  At first I was a little nervous to try it, because it is so bold, and I try to wear pieces that slim out the bottom half.  All in all though, I really loved wearing these!  They made me feel really confident and good all day!
